The Max's Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 brioche bun
- 200g beef mince
- 2 bacon rashers
- 1/2 onion
- 2 slices of burger cheese
- Lettuce
- Maxi's Burger Sauce
- 1 tbsp Maxi's All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mustard
Method:

Place the beef mince into a bowl and add the Maxi's All Purpose Seasoning. Mix well and split into 3 even sized balls.

Toast your buns. Cook your bacon in the air fryer, oven or frying pan to your desired crispy-ness.

Finely dice your onions and cook in a frying pan until they are caramelised (around 12-15 mins)

Smash your beef balls to form 3 smashed patties. Using baking paper makes this part much easier. Spread mustard onto one side of each burger.

Cook your burgers (mustard side down) in a hot frying pan, for about 1.5 minutes each side.

Top with cheese, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 1 minute.

Time to build your burger! Toasted brioche, Maxi's Burger Sauce, cheesy smash patties, crispy bacon and caramelised onion. Enjoy!
