Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 250g plain/all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 150ml warm water
  • 3 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

 

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sundried tomato paste, and chopped basil.
  2. Gradually add the vegetable oil and warm water while mixing to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll each portion into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  5. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook the tortillas for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are slightly browned and puffed.
  7. Serve the flavourful tortillas warm.
