Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Tortilla Wraps
Ingredients:
- 250g plain/all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 150ml warm water
- 3 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sundried tomato paste, and chopped basil.
- Gradually add the vegetable oil and warm water while mixing to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll each portion into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the tortillas for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are slightly browned and puffed.
- Serve the flavourful tortillas warm.
