Slow Cooker Doner Kebab

Ingredients:

Garlic Sauce Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine beef mince, grated onion, garlic, egg, and Blendship kebab seasoning.
  2. Form into a log, wrap in foil, and slow cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. You can roll some bits of foil and place this underneath the log whilst it cooks. This can help it cook more evenly.
  3. Wrap a bulb of garlic in some foil and place this in slow cooker too.
  4. After cooking, unwrap and place the beef under the grill for 5-10 minutes to crisp up. Squeeze the garlic out and mix this with rest of the garlic sauce ingredients.
  5. Slice the beef, pile it onto flatbreads, then top with salad and garlic sauce.
