Slow Cooker Doner Kebab
Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1-2 tbsp Blendships kebab seasoning
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 2-3 Flatbreads
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Red onion
Garlic Sauce Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine beef mince, grated onion, garlic, egg, and Blendship kebab seasoning.
- Form into a log, wrap in foil, and slow cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. You can roll some bits of foil and place this underneath the log whilst it cooks. This can help it cook more evenly.
- Wrap a bulb of garlic in some foil and place this in slow cooker too.
- After cooking, unwrap and place the beef under the grill for 5-10 minutes to crisp up. Squeeze the garlic out and mix this with rest of the garlic sauce ingredients.
- Slice the beef, pile it onto flatbreads, then top with salad and garlic sauce.
