Mexican Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

Toppings:

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Grated cheese
  • Soured cream

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef mince, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Stir in the Blendship Spicy Fajita Seasoning and tomato paste, mixing well to coat the beef. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend. Add a splash of water to prevent it from drying out.
  3. While the beef is cooking, warm the mini tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
  4. Divide the seasoned beef among the tortillas. Add the small chunks of avocado, chopped red onion, diced tomato, and fresh coriander as toppings.
  5. Top each taco with a dollop of soured cream, grated cheese and a squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy your delicious Mexican Beef Tacos!
