Max's Tuna Jacket Potato

Ingredients:

  • 1 large baking potato
  • Olive oil
  • 1-2 tins of tuna
  • Spring onion
  • Cucumber
  • Mayonnaise
  • Butter
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Maxi’s SPG Seasoning (link in bio)
  • Maxi’s Spud Seasoning (available to pre-order now)

Instructions:

  1. Wash your potato, dry and then make several small holes in the skin using a fork. Coat in a little oil and some Maxi’s Spud Seasoning.
  2. Wrap in foil, roast in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees celcius. Unwrap and cook further until it reaches your desired crispyness.
  3. Drain your tuna, chop the spring onion and cucumber, then mix them all together in a bowl with some Worcestershire sauce, Maxi’s SPG and Mayo.
  4. Cut the potato in half, add some butter and more seasoning. Top with the tuna, some finely sliced spring onion and cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
