Max's Tuna Jacket Potato
Ingredients:
- 1 large baking potato
- Olive oil
- 1-2 tins of tuna
- Spring onion
- Cucumber
- Mayonnaise
- Butter
- Cheddar cheese
- Worcestershire sauce
- Maxi’s SPG Seasoning (link in bio)
- Maxi’s Spud Seasoning (available to pre-order now)
Instructions:
- Wash your potato, dry and then make several small holes in the skin using a fork. Coat in a little oil and some Maxi’s Spud Seasoning.
- Wrap in foil, roast in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees celcius. Unwrap and cook further until it reaches your desired crispyness.
- Drain your tuna, chop the spring onion and cucumber, then mix them all together in a bowl with some Worcestershire sauce, Maxi’s SPG and Mayo.
- Cut the potato in half, add some butter and more seasoning. Top with the tuna, some finely sliced spring onion and cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
