Max's Crispy Chilli Beef
Ingredients:
- Steak (I used sirloin)
- Corn Flour
- Maxi's Lemon Pepper
- Maxi's All Purpose Seasoning
- Red Bell Pepper
- Fresh Coriander
- Soy Sauce
- 5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Ginger
- Red Chilli
- Maxi's Lemon Pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the steak into thin strips and marinate in soy sauce for 15 mins.
- Chop the red bell pepper into large chunks and set aside.
- Finely chop or grate the garlic and ginger.
- Mix cornflour with Maxi's All Purpose and Lemon Pepper seasoning. Add the strips of steak and coat.
- Shake off the excess and place into an air fryer basket. Drizzle with oil and cook for 10-12 mins at 200 degrees celicius or until crispy.
- Mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, lemon and some of Maxi's Lemon Pepper seasoning.
- Cook the peppers in a large frying pan or wok for a few mins. Then add the crispy beef, followed by the sauce. Cook away and reduce for 2 mins. Serve with fresh coriander and red chilli and enjoy!
