Ingredients:
- 500g maris piper potatoes
- 1 tbsp Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp oil

Method:

Wash the potatoes and slice them as thin as you can into disc shapes. Using a mandolin or grated can make this step easier.

Rinse the potatoes in cold water and pour over boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.

Drain the water and pat the crisps fry using a kitchen towel.

Once dry, coat in a little oil and cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.

Remove from the airfryer and coat in Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning - enjoy!
