Ingredients:
  • 500g maris piper potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method:
  1. Wash the potatoes and slice them as thin as you can into disc shapes. Using a mandolin or grated can make this step easier.
  2. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and pour over boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the water and pat the crisps fry using a kitchen towel.
  4. Once dry, coat in a little oil and cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
  5. Remove from the airfryer and coat in Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning - enjoy!
