Max's Creamy Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
(Per person)
- 80g Uncooked Pasta
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Maxi’s All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 200ml Milk
- 100ml Chicken stock
- 1 tsp Maxi’s SPG Seasoning
- 1 tsp Maxi’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Parmesan
- Fresh Parsley
- Butter
- Oil
Instructions:
- First slice your chicken breast in half to make them thinner. Coat in Maxi’s All-Purpose Seasoning and cook in a frying pan for 6-8 mins or until golden brown on both sides - then set aside.
- Add chopped garlic to the pan with some butter and cook for 1 min. Then add the milk, chicken stock and pasta. Cook for 8 mins.
- Add Maxi’s SPG, Maxi’s Lemon Pepper, Parmesan and Parsley. Mix well.
- Slice your chicken, place on top, cover with a lid and simmer on low for a few mins.
- Serve up and enjoy! You can top it with a little more parmesan and parsley for garnish and flavour.
