Max's Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 2 cooked bacon rashers
  • 100g baked beans
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 25g mozzarella
  • 1 tsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
  • Rocket
  • Fresh basil
Macros:
  • 496 calories
  • 31g protein
  • 49g carbs
  • 19g fat
Method:
  1. Mix the Maxi’s with the ketchup and spread all over your wrap.
  2. Then mix the BBQ sauce with the baked beans and spread over the wrap.
  3. Top with cheese, cooked bacon, onion, peppers and tomato slices. Crack your egg in the middle.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Top with a little rocket and fresh basil.
