Max’s Special Sauce
Ingredients:
- 240g mayo
- 120g ketchup
- 2 tsp Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
Method:
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well until fully combined.
- Cover the bowl or transfer to a container or bottle, then place into the fridge.
- Leave in the fridge for at least an hour so the flavours can blend - then enjoy!
