Max’s Cheesy Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • Red cabbage
  • Carrot
  • White onion
  • Mayo
  • Dijon mustard
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Honey
  • Maxi’s SPG 

Instructions:

  1. Grate the carrot and finely slice the onion and red cabbage.
  2. Squeeze the carrot to remove the liquid. This stops the coleslaw going watery.
  3. Salt the cabbage and then after a few mins dab it with kitchen roll. This makes it leek less red colour in the colour.
  4. Add the veg to a large bowl and mix together. Add the mayo, mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey and Maxi’s SPG. Mix until fully combined. Enjoy!
