Max’s Cheesy Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- Red cabbage
- Carrot
- White onion
- Mayo
- Dijon mustard
- Apple cider vinegar
- Honey
- Maxi’s SPG
Instructions:
- Grate the carrot and finely slice the onion and red cabbage.
- Squeeze the carrot to remove the liquid. This stops the coleslaw going watery.
- Salt the cabbage and then after a few mins dab it with kitchen roll. This makes it leek less red colour in the colour.
- Add the veg to a large bowl and mix together. Add the mayo, mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey and Maxi’s SPG. Mix until fully combined. Enjoy!
