Homemade Mcdonald's Curry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Blendship Curry Seasoning
- 120ml ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp plain flour or corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp water
- 100 ml water
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine the ketchup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, Blendship Curry Seasoning and garlic powder. Stir to combine all the flavours and simmer over a medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add the water and let the sauce simmer on low heat for a further 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend together. Stirring often.
- Mix the flour or cornstarch with 1 tbsp water to form a paste. Then stir this paste into the curry sauce. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly, until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the sweetness or tanginess to your liking by adding more honey or vinegar if needed. Enjoy!
