Chicken Dinosaurs
Ingredients:
- 600g raw chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- Sourdough bread
- Plain flour
- Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
- Maxi’s SPG Seasoning
Instructions:
- First chop the chicken until it’s minced, or blend in a food processor. Add some Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning + 1 egg and mix well.
- Lay baking paper on a plate. Then add the chicken mixture. Add baking paper on-top and gently press to flatten the chicken mixture until 1 cm thick.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Blend the sourdough with Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning and Maxi’s SPG until you have fine bread crumbs.
- Using a dinosaur cookie cutter, cut the shape out of the chicken that is now part frozen. Repeat and the break the remaining chicken into chunks (for popcorn chicken pieces).
- Coat the chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Air fry for 20 mins at 180 degrees celcius. Enjoy!
