BLT Cheese Omelette Flatbread
Ingredients per flatbread:
For the flatbread:
- 60g self raising flour
- 50ml warm water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Maxi’s SPG Seasoning
For the filling:
- 3 slices smoked bacon
- 2 eggs
- Cheddar cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
- Ketchup
- Mayo
Ingredients:
- In a bowl, mix together all the flatbread ingredients to form a dough, knead for 5 mins and set aside.
- Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and beat with a fork.
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat with a little oil and pour in the egg mixture. Cook for 2 mins, add Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning, then fold in half and remove from the pan. Cook the bacon in the same pan until crispy and set aside.
- Now roll out the dough into a circle, the same size as the frying pan. Cook for 1 min each side and remove.
- Then add the omelette, and bacon and cheese to the pan, cook till melted.
- Add your sauce to the flatbread, top with lettuce, tomato, the omelette, bacon and cheese. Fold in half and enjoy!
