BLT Cheese Omelette Flatbread

Ingredients per flatbread:

For the flatbread:

  • 60g self raising flour
  • 50ml warm water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Maxi’s SPG Seasoning

For the filling:

  • 3 slices smoked bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
  • Ketchup
  • Mayo

Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the flatbread ingredients to form a dough, knead for 5 mins and set aside.
  2. Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and beat with a fork.
  3. Heat a frying pan on medium heat with a little oil and pour in the egg mixture. Cook for 2 mins, add Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning, then fold in half and remove from the pan. Cook the bacon in the same pan until crispy and set aside.
  4. Now roll out the dough into a circle, the same size as the frying pan. Cook for 1 min each side and remove.
  5. Then add the omelette, and bacon and cheese to the pan, cook till melted.
  6. Add your sauce to the flatbread, top with lettuce, tomato, the omelette, bacon and cheese. Fold in half and enjoy!
