Beef and Cheese Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
- Beef mince
- Bell peppers
- Tomatoes
- Spring onion
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- Tinned tomatoes
- Cheddar cheese
- Soured cream
- Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
- Maxi’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Maxi’s SPG Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Cut the end off your pepper and remove the seeds. Finely slice the spring onion and garlic. Finely dice the tomatoes.
- Fry the beef mince until it’s nicely browned, then add all the veg. Season with Maxi’s seasoning or any other seasoning you like. Cook for 3 mins.
- Add the tomato paste and tinned tomatoes, cook for 5 mins. Add as much or little tinned tomatoes as you like depending how much sauce you want.
- Fill the peppers with the beef mixture. Place on an oven tray, cover with foil, roast for 20 mins. Remove foil, top with cheese, roast for 10 mins. Serve and enjoy!
