Bacon, Egg, Spinach and Cheese Wrap
Ingredients:
- 2-3 large eggs
- 2 slices of bacon
- Handful of fresh spinach
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 large tortilla wrap
- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
- 1 tsp Blendship SPG seasoning
- 1 tsp Blendship All Purpose seasoning
- Foil (optional, for wrapping)
Instructions:
- Place the bacon into the air fryer or oven and cook at 180 degrees celicus for around 8-10 minutes until crispy. Shorter cooking time if you prefer it less crispy and a little longer if you prefer it nice and crispy!
- In a frying pan, add the butter and heat to a medium-low temperature. Whisk the eggs and pour them into the pan. Scramble the eggs to your liking (about 3-4 minutes) ensuring you are stirring them regularly. Once cooked, season with Blendship SPG.
- To assemble the wrap, spread the eggs in the centre, top with a sprinkle of Blendship All Purpose seasoning, the bacon, spinach and grated cheddar cheese.
- Tightly wrap the tortilla, folding in the sides and carefully rolling it up. You can eat this how it is, or toast in the pan on all sides to add a crispy texture to the wrap. Slice in half and enjoy! You can wrap in foil, place in the fridge and reheat this for later if you prefer, best to be reheated within 24 hours - or it keeps in the freezer for at least a couple of weeks!
