Avocado Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp Maxi’s SPG Seasoning
Macros per serving:
- 48 calories
- 1.5g protein
- 2g carbs
- 4.5g fat
Method:
- Get the avocado into a bowl and then grate in the garlic.
- Add Maxi’s SPG and the lemon juice to the bowl. Mash until the avo forms a paste.
- Add the greek yogurt and mix well until fully combined and you have a thick sauce.
