Avocado Sauce

4-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tsp Maxi’s SPG Seasoning

Macros per serving:

  • 48 calories
  • 1.5g protein
  • 2g carbs
  • 4.5g fat 

Method:

  1. Get the avocado into a bowl and then grate in the garlic.
  2. Add Maxi’s SPG and the lemon juice to the bowl. Mash until the avo forms a paste.
  3. Add the greek yogurt and mix well until fully combined and you have a thick sauce.
